Dear Randy, We wanted to thank you again for doing an outstanding job in selling the spec home we built in Cielo Estates. We appreciate your availability, dependability, and diligence in selling this home. Your marketing of the home was excellent. You personally followed up with each and every prospective buyer, presenting us numerous offers, and ultimately secured a qualified buyer for our home in a very difficult market. It's rare to find someone nowadays that's a man of their word and you are just that. You did everything you told us you would do, and more. You were in constant communication with us, always keeping us abreast of our competition and giving us sound, expert advice on how to stay ahead of the market with our selling price. We would highly recommend you to anyone interested in working with an agent who gets the job done! We look forward to working with you in the future.
Sincerely,Dan and Chris Castillero
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Insurance >Your Life Preserver
Title insurance is like a life preserver on a boat. You will probably never need it, but if you do, you will be very glad that it is there! How does title insurance work, and how does it protect you in the home buying process?
A title search will be ordered before you buy a home, to make sure that the sellers legally own the property, and that no one else has a legal interest in the home. The title company will also check through the ownership records for any liens, easements or other encumbrances on the title. This search should turn up any transactions that may not appear on the public record, such as an unsound transfer that occurred many years ago. Title insurance protects you against future claims against your home.
Your real estate agent can give you more specific information about the cost of title insurance and the types of coverage available in your area.
